There is a drainage connecting catheterinside it. Also there is a screw cap on thedrainage connecting catheter which canbe rotated but not leak liquid.

The screwcap can connect with taper tab which inthe drainage connecting catheter andwhen rotate the screw cap the connectingcatheter won't follow.
