Pharmacological action:

This product is an inhaled anesthetic, isoflurane is an isomer of enflurane, 

resulting in rapid induction and recovery of anesthesia, resulting in the degree 

of anesthesia may change quickly. When used in dogs, isoflurane can desensitize 

the heart muscle to external epinephrine. At the level of conventional anesthesia,

 the intraoperative muscles were relaxed. In the presence of isoflurane, 

a parasympathetic stimulant (neostigmine) can reverse non-depolarized 

muscle relaxation, but it cannot reverse the direct neuromuscular inhibition of isoflurane.
