Pharmacological action:

Lincoamine antibiotics. Clindamycin phosphate is a chemically synthesized

clindamycin derivative, which has no antibacterial activity in vitro and 

is rapidly hydrolyzed into clindamycin in the body to exert antibacterial activity. 

The sensitive bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus intermedius,

Staphylococcus epidermidis, streptococcus, pneumococcus, propionibacterium,

eubacterium, actinobacteria, Bacteroides, Clostridium difficile and Clostridium perfringens.

It mainly acts on the 50s subunit of the bacterial ribosome, and plays an antibacterial

role by inhibiting the extension of the peptide chain and affecting the synthesis of proteins.
